Yellow - the most straightforward groupINJERA, MISIR, GOMEN and TIBS are all Ethiopian dishes - the most direct link on the board.
Green - mediumGHEE, LARD, BUTTER and MARGARINE are all cooking fats.
Blue - harderROSEWATER, ORANGE, VANILLA and ALMOND are all aromatic waters.
Purple - the trickiest groupEach word goes in front of WATER to make a word or phrase: TONIC + WATER, SPARKLING + WATER, MINERAL + WATER and SALTWATER.
