Yellow - the most straightforward groupSMASH, DROP, CLEAR and RALLY are all badminton terms - the most direct link on the board.
Green - mediumDRIZZLE, SHOWER, DOWNPOUR and MIST are all types of rain.
Blue - harderTEAM, CROWD, STOCK and SUPPORT are all things that rally.
Purple - the trickiest groupLUDO, SNAKES, CHECKERS and CHESS all fit board games. As the purple group it is the hardest link to spot, often because some of these words look as if they belong elsewhere.
