Yellow - the most straightforward groupPILOT, NAVIGATOR, STEWARD and MECHANIC are all jobs in aviation - the most direct link on the board.
Green - mediumFUSELAGE, WING, TAIL and PROPELLER are all aircraft parts.
Blue - harderRUDDER, AILERON, FLAP and ELEVATOR are all flight controls.
Purple - the trickiest groupEach word goes in front of DECK to make a word or phrase: FLIGHT + DECK, POOP + DECK, SUN + DECK and LOWER + DECK.
