Yellow - the most straightforward groupWHIRLWIND, DUST, WATERSPOUT and VORTEX are all wind phenomenon types - the most direct link on the board.
Green - mediumCIRCADIAN, CIRCATIDAL, ULTRADIAN and INFRADIAN are all biological clocks.
Blue - harderCLIFF, ARCH, STACK and CAVE all fit the group coastal erosion.
Purple - the trickiest groupBALMY, SULTRY, FRIGID and BLUSTERY all fit weather adjectives. As the purple group it is the hardest link to spot, often because some of these words look as if they belong elsewhere.
