Yellow - the most straightforward groupSCARF, BERET, GLOVE and BOOT are all things you wear - the most direct link on the board.
Green - mediumCHESS, RISK, CLUE and CHECKERS are all board games.
Blue - harderCUMULUS, STRATUS, CIRRUS and NIMBUS are all types of cloud.
Purple - the trickiest groupEach word goes in front of BOARD to make a word or phrase: DART + BOARD, SKATE + BOARD, CARD + BOARD and KEY + BOARD.
