Yellow - the most straightforward groupBLACKSMITH, MILLER, TANNER and WEAVER are all historical trades - the most direct link on the board.
Green - mediumGAS, METAL, BIRTH and CAUSE are all things that can be noble.
Blue - harderHAUBERK, GAMESON, SURCOAT and WIMPLE are all medieval garments.
Purple - the trickiest groupEach word goes in front of HOUSE to make a word or phrase: SAFE + HOUSE, PALE + HOUSE, ROAD + HOUSE and GATE + HOUSE.
