Yellow - the most straightforward groupLEOPARD, PUMA, LYNX and JAGUAR are all big cats - the most direct link on the board.
Green - mediumSHALE, SCHIST, GNEISS and SLATE are all rock types.
Blue - harderROSE, TULIP, IRIS and PANSY are all garden flowers.
Purple - the trickiest groupEach word goes in front of WORM to make a word or phrase: GLOWWORM, BOOKWORM, TAPEWORM and EARTHWORM.
